CREDO Mobile customers who have data-compatible phones or tablets enrolled in a data plan have access to the Internet through our Service (as defined in our Customer Agreement). This page provides a starting point for information about that access and is subject to change.

PERFORMANCE AND COVERAGE

In coverage areas, you can expect average download speeds of 9-702 Mbps, upload speeds of 1-75 Mbps, with an average device to network edge round-trip latency of 45-62ms.

NETWORK MANAGEMENT

Subscribers may not use equipment as a wired hotspot, to tether to a computer, or in any manner that adversely affects the Network or Services. CREDO Mobile does not service or support tethering. Customers enrolled in the Unlimited data plan will experience reduced data speeds to 128kbps if the customers 30-day usage exceeds 20GB in any monthly billing cycle.

CREDO Mobile reserves the right in our Customer Agreement to terminate data Services or limit data transfers after excessive usage or to protect users or the network.

In providing Service, CREDO Mobile relies on networks and services provided by our suppliers. These suppliers may have their own network management practices that affect Services received by CREDO Mobile customers.
